Dr. Glen Gerard
Dr. Glen Gerard is president and founder of Gerard Consulting Group (GCG).
He established GCG in 1986 to to provide consulting services to education, business,
industry, associations, and public sector entities. Glen first saw the positive
impact of teams and planning in athletics, public school and university classrooms
and leadership positions in school administration and associations.
Today, Glen and GCG are recognized as leaders in the mid-west. They are known for
their commitment and experience in team building, strategic planning, organizational
culture development and restructuring in a variety of educational, non-profit and
business organizations. They have served more than 200 clients throughout the country.
Glen has been a teacher, principal, assistant superintendent and college professor. He
has served as president of associations, chair of his church and been actively involved
in the community.
Dr. Bob Cross
Dr. Bob Cross, Senior Consultant, provides outstanding experience and skill
in developing strong leaders and leadership teams. Bob is also well versed in
strategic planning in today's educational institutions. and excellent in teaching others.
He has successfully demonstrated the ability to help people with diverse views reach
consensus and create action. Bob has been a successful teacher, school administrator,
and university instructor. He is a past president of MASSP, MAMSE, and the Michigan State
University College of Education Alumni Association.
Bob also brings extensive leadership experience with associations and boards.
Dr. Michael Samulski
Dr. Michael Samulski, Senior Consultant, has worked with clients throughout
the country in educational facility planning. He specializes in facility planning at
all levels of the school organization. His work includes evaluating existing
facilities, creating vision, involving staff and community, creating educational
specifications and assisting in bond issue elections. Mike has been a successful
teacher, principal and assistant superintendent.
Mike also brings extensive experience in work with credit union management and boards.
Dr. John Fitzpatrick
Dr. John Fitzpatrick, Senior Consultant, knows both the practical and the
theoretical aspects of educational change and has worked successfully with secondary
school staffs to bring about long term improvement. He had an established career as
a high school teacher, high school principal and assistant superintendent for
John also has extensive experience in conflict resolution settings.
Diane Crawford is the strength of the GCG business operation. She has
been with the Company for seven years and has been instrumental in it's growth and
success. Diane has experience in marketing and public relations and insures top
quality service for our clients.
